"Okay, expand the limit for any non LEOs to 3 blocks, and plan several emergency routes back to AF 1."

"10-4 sir, Will do that now, anything else sir?"

"Notify PAPD and all law enforcement dealing with ports that homeland security threat level has been elevated due to the current situation. And they need to be on their highest alert. If you could do the same for all other east coast cities as well."

"10-4 I will notify our Liaisons"
